Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to all digital products (business directories, educational/student databases, e-commerce business listings) sold through Onlinedatabase.in. There are no physical items involved.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, the order is considered final. Because our products are digital and available immediately for download/access, cancellations after purchase are not permitted.
- If there was a technical error in the order (wrong product delivered, duplicate purchase, etc.), contact customer support within 24 hours of purchase with proof; we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not offered for change of mind, if the product was as described, or if the buyer simply wants to return the product after accessing/downloading it.
- Refunds may be considered in exceptional situations such as:
a) Product delivered is materially different from description.
b) Technical issues preventing access, which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time. - Request for refund must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase. Requests after this period may be declined.
4. Refund Process
- To request a refund, contact us via email: onlinedatabase@gmail.com with your order ID, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
- We will review the request and respond within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated via Razorpay. The fund will be returned to the same payment method used for purchase.
5. Refund Timeframe
- Under Payment Gateway’s standard process, once a refund is initiated, it may take 5-7 working business days (varies by bank/payment method) to reflect in the customer’s account.
- For some payment modes (wallets, UPI etc.), refund may happen faster, subject to Razorpay’s and banks’ processing time.
6. No Refund of Fees
- Any fees charged by banks/payment processors or taxes at the time of payment are non-refundable.
- Onlinedatabase.in will refund only the amount paid for the digital product (minus such non-refundable charges).
7. Support & Dispute Resolution
- If you believe you are eligible for a refund, or if you have trouble accessing a product you purchased, contact our support at onlinedatabase@gmail.com.
- We aim to resolve disputes amicably and transparently.
